Thank you for the effort to make the Copilot SDK more accessible to Chinese-speaking developers. We’re going to close this PR because the translation materially diverges from the source—including reversing the GitHub Copilot subscription requirement—omits the architecture content, contains a broken link, and is not discoverable from the main README. The repository also does not currently have a localization ownership and update strategy to keep parallel documentation accurate over time. We should revisit Chinese localization through a deliberate, maintained approach rather than merge this standalone file. |

Motivation
Chinese developers are a significant part of GitHub's user base, and having a Chinese README lowers the barrier for them to discover and start using the Copilot SDK. This is especially important given the SDK's relevance to the Chinese developer community.
